Hortiefix is an horticultural company based in Kisumu county, Kenya. The company was founded in 2018 with an aim of reaching to the both established farmers and small holder farmers in rural areas to promote advanced (change of attitude, commitment,innovation and invention) horticultural production, value addition, creating employment in order to solve food security  currently and in future and sustainability in agriculture. It aspires to achieve these goals through; timely dissemination of the right information (written as well as in non-written form; audio, videos and conferences), creating a marketing platform for farmers produce, supply of agricultural inputs through purchases,loaning,and hiring and construction of plant clinics and laboratories to enhance research and development. The mission of the company is to improve the horticultural sector by creating an enabling environment for applied basic and advanced knowledge in horticulture and creation of employment, locally and regionally. The vision is to promote sustainability in agriculture through reliable service delivery and enhanced knowledge and technologies.
